It was an absolute pleasure to purchase a unit with Gary's assistance. He kept me very well informed throughout the process, persevered with difficult negotiations and delays on the vendor's part, and was always patient with my requests. He clearly explained the buying and settlement process and was able to recommend a good conveyancer and an excellent pest and building inspector. Gary also accommodated my requests to view the property several times, and made it clear that I was welcome to contact him at any time with any questions etc. He seemed very experienced and efficient, and I very much enjoyed his good humour during the protracted negotiations.
