Being in Brisbane made for a long distance sale which was a concern for me. Despite having reservations about an auction, Gary appeared to have done a good deal of work in the area sounding out potential buyers. With a small market, we were never going to make a killing, but a key factor was selling the property in a timely manner. Gary arranged the auctioneer who clearly explained the process, and the auction provided me with a sale for the minimum reserve, but in a time frame I needed. I would use Gary again for this location. His communication via phone and email through the process was a big plus for me.

Brant has sold a house to us and one for us. On both occasions Brant did not pressure us in anyway whatsoever. He was diligent in asking for and providing information. He was very thorough but not pushy. It was a very nice experience at a time that can potentially be quite stressful. I would highly recommend Brant to anyone who wanted to buy or sell real estate.

Fred and I would like to thank Gary for all the hard work he put in to sell our house on Goodwood Road within 5 weeks. Gary sat down with us and worked out a plan for marketing that suited us well.We had four Saturdays of open house and on the 5th Saturday we went to auction. After the auction Gary negotiated well with a buyer that was really interested and got us a price that was above and beyond our expectations. He kept us informed of all the details with phone calls and emails and was always available to help us out if we needed to ask any questions. Because we sold so quickly we had to start looking for a new home straight away and once again Gary helped us with that. He found houses that he thought would suit us and eventually we found what we wanted but it was with another agent. Gary made all the arrangements for us to view the house and helped us right up to the signing of the contract. He put himself out to help us right to the end. We were so happy with how smooth everything went and we would definitely recommend Gary to anyone that wants to sell their home. We would like to thank you once again Gary for all your hard work and professionalism and if we sell again you know who we will be coming to.
