She made the house look good, made me feel good & altogether turned what can be a traumatic experience into simplicity. And after my months of indecision, she had dozens of people on her list to look at the house the very first weekend. I got reports from her at every turn & a detailed summary was available within a couple of days of each formal showing. While I was fully expecting it to take a couple of months, it was actually under offer at my asking price within a fortnight. The sale was concluded painlessly & quickly - with no input from me as I was on the other side of the world.
