Shellie knew I had been looking for a place for some time and I saw plenty in the past 3yrs courtesy of Shellie's attention to her prospective buyers Hence I was informed of my new home being on the market. I found Shellie to be very open and personable and I knew we could have a laugh about me still looking and her determination to find me a home here. She is an agent who works essentially for her vendor in that she gave no information away that would compromise her clients sale. A trait I find admirable in today's world where a quick sale seems the go - great for the vendor but not so great for the buyer - regardless of that, I am well pleased with my purchase and her skill in helping me buy in Bundeena and should i ever leave the place or get run out of town I know who will be selling my property.
