Experience and compassionate
When first meeting Joe , I found he was very knowledgeable in the real estate market. He was very compassionate with me and my sister as we were selling our deceased mothers house. As it was difficult during the Melbourne lockdown, Joe was still communicating with us with very positive vibes. He actually sold the house before auction at a very good price which we as a family were very happy. He professionalism and friendly manner was excellent. Wewould not hesitate to recommend Joe to friends and family in the future.

Highly professional, absolute pleasure to deal with.
Being a first time seller, and during covid 19 lockdown, Joe made the experience less stressful. With his vast knowledge of the market and local area, his positive attitude, even in a challenging time to sell a property, along with his bright and cheery personality, no question was ever too silly to ask and he always put me at ease.
