HONEST, RELIABLE AND PROFESSIONAL
From my initial contact with Joe it was obvious that he was professional, punctual, hard-working and dedicated. At our first meeting Joe went through the sales process thoroughly and answered all of our questions. He displayed an excellent knowledge of the local market and explained all of the marketing options available and made recommendations without pressuring us. Joe’s honesty was evident from the start and this helped to greatly reduce the stress normally associated with selling. Joe assisted us by recommending several reliable tradesmen who helped us prepare the property for sale. He was very approachable and kept in regular contact. Professional and knowledgeable

Joe is a well known agent who has a great deal of knowledge and expertise in selling homes. He has an eye for detail and doesn’t beat around the bush, particularly when talking business. Consistently good!
We used Joe to sell a previous smaller property several years ago and found him to be very honest in his appraisal and that is what drew us to asking him again to sell our main residence recently. We found him to be very open and honest in his assessments which assisted us greatly in setting realistic goals for the sale of our property. He also provided some great advice on how to present our property and as a result we were able to attract good numbers and interest at the opens. Joe kept us up to date on progress throughout the sales campaign and followed up diligently on any issues and questions that arose along the way. What we really also loved about working with Joe was that he was totally committed to us as our agent, dealing with us directly from the start and actually undertaking the auction himself, all of which culminated in a fabulous result on auction day, way above our expectations.
