Excellent communication and advice, and a great outcome for our sale

Simply the best..
Matt & I recently sold a property with Joe. We researched agents in the area and quickly released Joe was the king of 3083 real estate. Joe was consistently professional and always positive. He is to be commended on his communication - we were updated every step of the way which made our campaign experience a lot smoother. Once we sold, Joe's expertise didn't stop there. Very professional, easy going and patient.
We have sold two properties in 12 years and both times Joe has been our real estate agent. He is very easy going, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the current market.
