The team dynamic is outstanding with first class communication between the team and the owner. The price achieved being market driven is always a tricky outcome but I truly believe I got the best price for my apartment due to their excellent negotiation skills. I am very positive on the experience I had and will go out of my way without personal benefit and where needed to help Rachael and Elly win mandates in the future. They were exceptional!

As first home buyers it’s always incredibly nerve racking, however we truly hit the jackpot with Augusta.
