Kenneth was punctual polite and efficient. His initial valuation was conservative but his skill as an auctioneer meant the price achieved was a very good one. Furthermore his follow up work bringing the parties together, and closing the deal was excellent. We can recommend Kenneth as an excellent agent and reliable person.

Kenneth was very pleasant throughout the whole Campaign, he came across as experienced and professional. Both Ken & David were extremely polite and patient as I did have many questions being a 1st time vendor. There were a few instances however where I thought the communication between Ken & David lacked a bit, but overall a good experience, and a huge learning curve for myself. I was very happy with the outcome of the auction and impressed with the way Ken conducted the auction.7

I recently sold my property with Kenneth and his amazing team, Connie and David. Kenneth was one of the only agents who kept in touch with me over time and until I was ready to sell. He kept in contact over a few months, checking in without being pushy, which I really appreciated. From the start, Kenneth was super open and honest, set clear expectations about the process. There were no surprises, just good advice and support. Connie and David were also awesome to deal with. They kept me in the loop after every inspection and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Would recommend!

Neil was professional, approachable, and responsive throughout the process. He provided clear communication and was prompt in answering any questions I had, which made the experience much smoother, especially given the number of moving parts involved in a property purchase. He was also flexible and accommodating, whether it was arranging inspections or facilitating discussions between parties. I appreciated his straightforward communication style and the fact that he was always contactable when needed. Overall, I’m very happy with how everything was handled and would feel confident recommending Neil to anyone looking to buy or sell property. Thank you again for your support during this important milestone.
