My friend recommended Ray White Burwood as a trusted agency known for their professional service over the years, specifically highlighting Neil based on their own experience. My property purchasing experience with Neil has truly affirmed this recommendation—I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process thanks to his outstanding services. Neil's communication was not only efficient but also highly effective, providing valuable insights into the market status. Given that I was purchasing the property for my parents for downsizing reasons, Neil generously shared his knowledge on considerations important for elderly needs. His professional approach has significantly eased the process, and my parents greatly appreciate his recommendations. I wholeheartedly recommend Neil, whose exemplary service stood out among other agents we encountered during our property purchase.

Emma communicated enthusiastically and openly with us from our first meeting. She listened to our specific needs and responded quickly to questions, keen to support us at every point in the preparation and staging of the house. Once the house was advertised Emma coordinated the open for inspections and kept us well informed about the interest shown and how that would affect our auction. We had a number of meetings to thoroughly prepare us for the uncertainty of the auction, looking at the possible outcomes.
