I had the pleasure of working with Emma and Kenneth from Ray White Burwood during the recent sale of my mother’s home in Camberwell . We took a risk engaging a lesser known agent in the Camberwell area and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Both Emma and Kenneth demonstrated exceptional professionalism and expertise throughout the entire process and genuine commitment to ensuring the best outcome for us. Their attention to detail and commitment and determination to achieving great results sets them apart and I am grateful for their hard work and dedication throughout the campaign. Throughout the sales campaign Emma and Kenneth kept us informed every step of the way, communication was excellent. They provided detailed notes after each open house event, including feedback from potential buyers, which allowed us to stay updated and make informed decisions. Emma went beyond to coordinate property styling during the last week before open for inspections after a cancellation with another styling group, ensuring a smooth transition. When it came time for the auction, Kenneth really shone. He demonstrated his negotiation skills and conducted a spirited and lively auction which resulted in a sale on auction day. I highly recommend Emma and Kenneth and their team to anyone in need of a reliable real estate agent.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Emma as a buyer for a property recently. I have had some terrible experiences with real estate agents before, so I was apprehensive at inspection. Emma conducted herself with professionalism, was atuned to my needs, and provided useful knowledge about the area that was helpful to my decision making. The end result was a price and condition through fair negotiation that satisfied both the vendor and buyer. Throughout my dealings with her, she was patience, prompt and was able to articulate important detail when needed. I was very impressed with Emma and I have forwarded her to my family for future real estate expertise. I would not hesistate to engage Emma with any of my future real estate needs.

Kenneth you made the home selling process a breeze, and I could not have done it without your expertise in the Real Estate industry and most of all your guidance. Thank you again for all your time and efforts over the last few months.

Emma worked hard to find us a place that we love. Emma is an efficient communicator and her knowledge, of the area and of the buying process demonstrated her experience. This made the purchase less stressful. Other attributes that come to mind - friendly, trustworthy professional and a genuinely nice person to deal with. No hesitation in recommending her
