Amazing - Friendly, supportive and professional.
Emma recently worked as our agent to sell our house. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. I cannot recommend her more highly. Throughout the whole process, I felt really supported by Emma. From the first meeting we knew that Jichen would be the right person we needed for selling our house, and this was proven true through the whole process of selling and the successful auction. He is very professional, knowledgeable, skillful and experienced at his business and has abundant knowledge about the local market in eastern suburbs of Melbourne. He is an ambitious agent/auctioneer, is enthusiastic and energetic at work and works extra hard including inspection planning and follow-ups with the potential buyers. It is obvious he has done a great homework at analysing the data he obtained for our property and well prepared before each progress meeting, which made him capable of providing accurate information to us and leading us to the right direction. What especially amazed us is his confidence during the first part of our auction which went slowly. He assured us that it will be ok based on his experience snd judgement and he made it. The house was sold successfully at at price we were happy with. He is a resourceful businessman. He has not only a fantastic support team but also good relationships with external contractors that may help in a selling strategy. In our case, he managed to let all parties including the painting and floor contractor work as a integral team, which was essential to guarantee a successful selling within a very tight timeline. And whenever we have questions and concerns, he was very responsive and all of them were well answered and attended promptly. I don’t think one can easily to find an agent/auctioneer equivalently good as him in eastern suburbs of Melbourne. His performance during the auction was outstanding.
