Awesome Agent!!!
Jichen is one of the best agents I have worked with and I’ve engaged a few. He knows the market very well and is highly professional! He is very trustworthy, hardworking and communication throughout the process was fantastic. Good operator
I have not sold a property before, so I probably have no idea but Yafei helped me out and the house got sold for what I wanted. He was contactable and had the answers to the questions I had and hopefully in a week its all done.

Professional, efficient, hard-working
I knew Hans in an auction that several years ago I attended in Burwood. Of course that was an successful one which left me very good impression. So this year when I was planning to sell my property I came to Hans even my house is not in Burwood but Glen waverley. Hans has an excellent team, his team members Kimi and JC are awesome as well. They did a lot of work before auction, so when we had 20 groups of buyers registered in auction, I had presentiment that we would achieve a very good result. And it had came true.

The best out of best!
Hans did a wonderful work to sell our house while we were overseas. He kept me updated through the whole process by emails, messages and phone calls on weekly basis. Moreover, he achieved over what we were expected! Good on you Hans!

Good job in selling our home off market
Should have gone with Hans in the first place! Had our property listed with another agent since April and she could not get an offer even close to what we after, wasted 6 months' time and money for the marketing BS. Hans is not the one who just over promise you with all the fancy sales speech just to get your business, but the one who put in all the effort to get the job done. He ends up sold our property off-market without spending any marketing fee and most importantly, the price we after.

I can't speak highly enough about Hans the all the teamwork from ray white burwood. They did a great jib in selling our investment home during lock down. The house was tenanted and not in a good shape compared to other family home.
