Good job in selling our home off market
Should have gone with Hans in the first place! Had our property listed with another agent since April and she could not get an offer even close to what we after, wasted 6 months' time and money for the marketing BS. Hans is not the one who just over promise you with all the fancy sales speech just to get your business, but the one who put in all the effort to get the job done. He ends up sold our property off-market without spending any marketing fee and most importantly, the price we after.

I can't speak highly enough about Hans the all the teamwork from ray white burwood. They did a great jib in selling our investment home during lock down. The house was tenanted and not in a good shape compared to other family home.
