Outstanding service and expertise
Working alongside Kenneth and forming a great team, Hans is both friendly and professional, very well versed in the market and its potential, and knows how generate huge interest in a property. Hans & Kenneth were the agents for the property we purchased in mid-2018 and I was so impressed with how they handled that sale that I took them on as agent for the sale of my property. The entire team led by Hans and Kenneth were outstanding. They ran a fantastic campaign in a very tight window just prior to Christmas (traditionally a hard time to sell) and were instrumental in attracting a huge crowd with 8 bidders to our auction. We sold well above reserve in a soft, receding market. What more can I say, but "outstanding"!

Kenneth is both the agent you want (provides great service, keeps you informed, guides you and provides the right advice at the right time) and the agent you need (doesn't sugar-cost the issues, or exaggerate the market). Sensational Agent.
From the minute we entered the Ray White Burwood Office we were welcomed with enthusiasm, professionalism, and caring interest, especially from J.C. We sat down with J.C. to discuss our needs and he was very attentive, thorough, and organised. Throughout our 4.5 week campaign we received constant professional feedback from J.C. and the rest of the Ray White Burwood team. We were updated on all the viewings and interest in the property to the point where we were able to receive a thorough overview of the current market selling prices. On one of the coldest winter days in Melbourne, our auction at 17 Banksia Street Burwood 3125, took place very late Saturday afternoon. We had a fantastic hour long auction with 167 bids and 7 bidders fighting it out to the finish. Brenton Illicic (EYS Auctions), was our Auctioneer (also recommended highly by the Ray White Team Burwood), who captured the audience, enthused them along working well with the Ray White team to achieve a result way above ($200,000), our expected price. We couldn't have been more happier and satisfied with the result. The Auction even made the Herald/Sun the following week. Absolutely great effort by J.C. and the team at Ray White Burwood. Kenneth is a professional, efficient and effective agent who understands the market and no “taking vendor on a merry-go-round” for the purpose of getting my property listed with him. Great Result given the declining marketplace
We are very pleased with the team's work and the effort Kenneth and particularly Jichen (JC) put into the sale of our parent's property. Market conditions became tough over the course of the sale period, but eventually sold just before the auction. JC and Kenneth spent a long night negotiating between the buyer and myself as the seller, with the deal finalised in the hour of two before midnight. Many kilometres travelled by JC between Ringwood and the Peninsula. I would like to recommend the team at Ray White Burwood but most particularly JC and Kenneth.

Great work
We've bought and sold with Jichen, Hans and the whole team in Ray White Burwood, it was a long process and big family decision. Selling a property can be very stressful but the whole process was very smooth, Jichen and Hans are very transparent, passionate, professional and helpful. The communication and dedication was second to none. The market condition was very tough, a lot of other properties in the market were passed in and we also faced a lot of buyer's objections and bargaining, but we are very glad that against all odds, they delivered a satisfactory result at the auction. All the hard work and late-night meetings paid off. We will definitely recommend Jichen and Ray White Burwood to those who wish to sell."
