Open communication

We liked Kevin's approach to open communication. Always he kept us in the loop, conveyed prospective buyers sentiment and feedback. His appointments with us were on time and organised meeting to suit our needs. His interaction with buyers appeared to be welcoming. Kevin started with high promise in line with our expectation. However over the marketing campaign he seemed to be in doubt of our expectation.
