From experience, sometimes it's a stab in the dark when assigning an agent. From my initial contact with Ray White contemplating to entering into a contract with anyone to sell my property can be daunting, though I felt I got this right. Claudio Di Bartolomeo was as assigned to me in negotiations if I decided to move forward. There was no pressure with a barrage of phone calls or emails awaiting a decision from me, just a courteous reminder that they were there for any information I needed. It was a good start, giving me time to weigh up my options. Once I decided to move forward, Claudio and I negotiated on a contract, and to be honest, I know I was happier than he was. The rest was easy. Claudio looked after everything, from marketing tools, liaison with access to site with the site management team and fortnightly detailed data on my property emailed to me kept me in the loop on potential interests. I never once had to make a phone call for updates. Time is always of essence when you decide to sell, and I know Claudio worked feverishly when the market wasn't in a peak period. Congratulations. The end was refreshing. I got my customer and an even better than I expected in the final sale price. Claudio with his heavy Italian reassuring accent killed it. Thank you and good luck. I will highly recommend Claudio to all my friends in Cairns when asked if I could suggest an agent to sell their house , before meeting Claudio , I would have answered GOOD LUCK !. Claudio, consistently displayed a professional attitude but most importantly was honest with us throughout every aspect towards his approach to selling our home . It always felt like our house was the only property he was selling. He gave us all the time and energy we expected in an agent once we signed off our agreement, which is a great attribute in an agent. Claudio's communication skills were flawless , thanks to his attention to detail and diligent follow up at all times. Our family has now entrusted him with a large residential development property for Claudio to sell in Clifton Beach . Given his hard working attitude and willingness to put in the extra effort. We initially chose Luke Bantoft at Ray White Cairns, from his online reviews. There was alternative agents we interviewed, all good, but he definitely stood out. His follow ups and comms were perfect, his managing of expectations was spot on. Although his remit was to maximise the sale value for the seller, he didn't talk up the buyer to unrealistic pricing. We sold above what we expected and the property has subsequently gone up in value for the buyer. Everyone was a winner! Great job mate, you are building a client list that will be clients for life, on both the buyer and the seller side. Luke also had 10 properties on the go when we listed, he made us feel like we were the only client he had.
