Luke approached us to inquire if we were interested in selling our property. A development was planned for our street that we had no knowledge of which would have major impact upon our properties value. Luke had done his homework and displayed a good knowledge of the market. He was upfront with what he believed was a realistic price but was prepared and did follow our instructions. We were happy with the sale and have no regrets.

Sales process was okay, but whole package very disappointing and unprofessional. Would never recommend. We had to make numerous calls to receive the balance of the deposit funds and outstanding rents. Two weeks after settlement funds were still outstanding. Think twice before using Ray White Cairns.
