Claudio Di Bartolomeo just sold my unit in Cairns for me and did a great job. It was slightly more complicated than a normal sale, because the tenant was a hotel group, and that adds an extra layer of complications, but he was adept at navigating those. He was also helpful to me in getting and processing the many forms and documents that are part of a Queensland sale these days. I was happy with the final price achieved which was higher than my initial expectations, and Claudio was always very pleasant to deal with. A good outcome for me and I’m happy to recommend Claudio to future sellers.

He is incredibly helpful, consistently quick to respond and constantly goes above and beyond. What really stands out is the way he advocated for me during the body corporate pet approval process. This is something that is often stressful and slow, yet Claudio handled it with professionalism, persistence and genuine care. He made the entire process feel seamless and supported. It is honestly chalk and cheese compared to when I bought my first home, which was a truly awful experience.
