He is incredibly helpful, consistently quick to respond and constantly goes above and beyond. What really stands out is the way he advocated for me during the body corporate pet approval process. This is something that is often stressful and slow, yet Claudio handled it with professionalism, persistence and genuine care. He made the entire process feel seamless and supported. It is honestly chalk and cheese compared to when I bought my first home, which was a truly awful experience. I only wish Claudio had been the one selling that property too because it would have been a completely different journey. I am already certain that I will be looking to buy with Claudio again.
