Finally our unit is sold!
Ray 's confident, friendly and professional manner kept us believing we could finally sell the unit. Ok- it cost a lot for advertising and photos, the auction failed and we dropped our price below the original purchase price BUT Ray achieved a sale in an easy competent way and we thank him for keeping our spirits up and I think he was very aware of the state of the real estate market.

Council employed Ray Murphy for the sale of two difficult to sell vacant blocks at Hillside Close, Aeroglen. In my dealings with Ray I found him to be very helpful and personable with a high level of customer services. I would recommend Ray in the future for Council properties and to other people that I know who are selling properties.
