We have, and will continue to recommend Cathy Ratcliffe and her services to anyone within the Cairns District. We researched a few Cairns real estate agents and within 2 days, it was abundantly clear that Cathy Ratcliffe was the best choice. Not only had she personally phoned and emailed too make the initial contact from our enquiry, but she also provided background research of the property we were intending to sell and provided us with a thorough market analysis report and agency profile. Upon choosing Cathy as our agent, she swiftly put plans into action. Although we live on the Sunshine Coast and were selling a property in Cairns, she took a totally 'hands-on' approach, understanding our needs and requirements, from our discussions and the information that Cathy provided, we decided that an Auction was the most effective means for sale for our property. Throughout the entire process, Cathy touched base with us every day providing us with the progress of the buyers inspections, the auction process and sale of the property. We are extremely happy with Cathy's professionalism, client rapport and ultimate success of our property sale. After 2 solid weeks of marketing/5 open homes in that time we sold under the hammer... Cathy is motivated and pro-active and keeps the Vendor regularly informed. We did not achieve our preferred sale price, but I believe this was due more to market conditions than any lack of effort on Cathy's behalf.

My property sold within days
Yes I did my research on the best agent and my high expectations did pay off. Joan Robb from Remax sold my property within days and thats all that matters. In a nut shell she must know what she is doing. I think you get what you pay for do your research and compare agents and you will see the statistics.

The best!!
Cathy is definitely the best agent we had the pleasure of dealing with. She really gives meaning to the " above and beyond duty" phrase, always there to ensure everything is taken care of with a smile. Excellent communication skills with everyone involved and hands on when practically demands it. Can on recommend to anyone looking for an agent with integrity, skill and knowledge. Very helpful.
Ray was helpful before, during auction and after. He knew the street, it's history and general occupants in it. I especially found him amenable in accessing the property prior to settlement for the sole purpose of preparing the tradies. As it turned out we were right on schedule and were able to renovate and move in as planned.
