Ray got the job done and my ratings are as above. Ray's listing price started high. I don't know if it was market knowledge or playing the market but i had finance pending so it was hard to budget. Overall happy. I would ask for Ray again if i wanted to sell for one main reason, he is genuine.

The Family Home
We chose Joan Robb of Remax Realty over other agencies as she had the professionalism, knowledge and the experience necessary to sell Mum’s house, and with the enormous assistance given to us from Ryan Yadav we received comprehensive communication at all times. During the sale of our family home it became slightly emotional and stressful and thanks to Ryan's and Joan's understanding they made this easier to manage with good communication and simply honest feedback.
