I am very pleased with the service Ray provided. He was a bit unsure he could reach the price I wanted but, in the end, achieved $5K more than I asked him to get !!. He kept me informed along the way & it was not a straight forward sale as the buyers kept asking for extensions. So, a bit nerve racking but Ray was on the phone to me throughout, letting me know what was happening. Remax Cairns was recommended to me by a friend here on the Gold Coast & I'm glad he did.
