Down to earth approach
Joan gets the job done,her no nonsense,honest approach impressed me to appoint her as my agent to sell my property. Her negotiating skills & marketing advice display many years of real estate experience,She was always available & prompt to answer any concerns,and communicated often. If i had more property to sell i would appoint her again.

Very happy
After recently purchasing our first home thru Gisele, I could not be happier with the service and care she has shown throughout the entire process. From the very prompt returning of phone calls and emails to the polite nature in which she explained the settlement process, her professionalism shone thru the entire time. I would strongly recommend Gisele to anyone who is thinking of selling and would not hesitate to use her when we decide its time to upgrade.

Trustworthy
Buying realestate presently requires stamina. Navigating a world of overly staged homes that look like no one lives in them, avoiding strategically placed cook books (replacing the old coffee and cookies technique), trekking through houses in a 45 minute window whilst assessing the buying capacity of those around you, giving your details to endless young assistants at the door with their tablets only to never hear from them again (except for spam), being pressured at auctions, spending late nights on the internet searching for the 'one'. In this mess is Joan; authentic, honest, genuine, personal. We have both bought and sold family homes with Joan and would recommend her highly. You will feel heard and you will feel like you are not being played. A rare treat these days!

Lets get real
Seriously everyone,...Gisele seems like a lovely person but at the end of the day its all about AGENTS COMMISSION $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. Say no more, she assured me no heavy traffic on Mulgrave Road Cairns...... All in the name of a QUICK SALE.Are you kidding me?!!!!!. Maybe i should become a Real Estate agent... Same catagory and licence criteria as used car salesmen.
