Sale second time around of our home in kewarra beach
We had allready sold our home at auction successful via Remax cairns ray Murphy employer. Unfortunately purchasers did not settle with us forcing us to go back to the market . Ray handelled this with an absolutely professional approach .achieving a new sale for us and finally getting compleated. A very professional young and buisness oriented real estate agent that gets on with things without fuss. Ray will go a long way we are sure in his chosen profession . We would recomend Ray to anyone wanting to sell property.

Tight time frame
Because we put in an offer just days before the auction and we had not arranged the financing the sale was particularly difficult. Ray handled my frayed temper well making sure we were kept informed of the position throughout the week it took to organise the finance and finalise the sale.
