I can not speak highly enough of Mark in the dealings we had with him when purchasing this property. We used Mark to both buy and sell our apartment at Trinity Beach. The purchase many years ago was handled competently and Mark's advice proved sound and relevant. We decided to sell some three years ago when the market was well down, but we were in no hurry and relied on Mark's advice on timing. Eventually we set a firm price which was above the market, happy to wait until the market recovered. Mark kept us constantly informed of market movements and eventually sold our apartment this year at our required price which was the highest of any apartment in the complex at the time of sale. I have built, bought and sold many buildings over the past 50 years and Mark Carmady is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with.
