Very professional and efficient.
Sonia was very professional and knows the Kuranda market thoroughly. Once our listing went live we went to contract within two weeks. Buyers were from another state and did not view the property, they completely trusted her word and the sale process was super smooth. From a buyer and seller perspective we recommend Sonia highly for the Kuranda and surrounds market.

Highly recommend Sonia Poole
Sonia was great ,straight to the point no mucking around, a high knowledge of the real estate market of the surrounding area.As long as you are prepared to take on board Sonias advice and help Sonia out as much as possible by following and implementing that advice Sonia will sell your property and for us very close to the selling price that we wanted.Our only mistake we did not use Sonia first.There is a reason why Sonia sells so much property in our area.

This is the second property Paul has sold for me in a period of 9 Months. I have found Paul to be a wonderful agent who communicates extremely well with both the owner and potential buyers.
