My first contact with Rebecca occurred when I contacted Ray White Cairns Beaches to ask about a valuation for a townhouse that was to become mine. She promptly provided a very detailed valuation and sales history for the property, and immediately put me at ease during our initial phone conversation by mentioning her familiarity with the apartment and how it compared to other dwellings in the same complex, whilst also offering her own more realistic personal appraisal of the property’s value. Having had no previous experience dealing with real estate agents, I was expecting the stereotypical hype and bluster that often gets portrayed in the media - instead, Rebecca came across as personable, confident, and very knowledgeable about the local area. Sonia and Zara were fantastic. Being our first time selling we were in the deep end. However Sonia was compassionate and guided us through without hassle. With baby number 2 turning up in the middle of the whole saga we were understandably under a lot of pressure but both Sonia and Zara kept us cool calm and collected. Their vetting of buyers to ensure we were only dealing with interested parties was seriously appreciated, as our situation did not allow for continuous inspections and open homes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to sell in the hill country!
