Excellent Agent
Rebecca has a great personality. She is very professional and knowledgeable and works with you to help you purchase that property that you really like. I found Rebecca to be honest and understanding and most of all not overpowering you just to get that contract signed. I really appreciated her effort to get my apartment at a fair price and highly recommend her as an excellent agent.

My very first real estate transaction turned into the best experience I could have hoped for
My first contact with Rebecca occurred when I contacted Ray White Cairns Beaches to ask about a valuation for a townhouse that was to become mine. She promptly provided a very detailed valuation and sales history for the property, and immediately put me at ease during our initial phone conversation by mentioning her familiarity with the apartment and how it compared to other dwellings in the same complex, whilst also offering her own more realistic personal appraisal of the property’s value. Having had no previous experience dealing with real estate agents, I was expecting the stereotypical hype and bluster that often gets portrayed in the media - instead, Rebecca came across as personable, confident, and very knowledgeable about the local area. Although there were lengthy delays beyond my control before title was eventually transferred to me, she kept in touch and patiently answered the numerous - and silly - questions I had as a complete newbie in the world of real estate. Upon letting Rebecca know that the property was finally mine and I was ready to sell, she immediately had people interested in viewing it, and she had a marketing plan ready to go. Barely a week or so later, she had a buyer under contract for an amount over and above the market valuation that exceeded my expectations by a mile. From that moment, until settlement four weeks later, Rebecca took charge of all the necessities and little details to ensure the property was compliant and ready for its new owner. She did so with utmost efficiency, saving me a considerable sum on repairs and marketing costs by getting the right people to do the best work in the shortest time. Throughout the whole process, Rebecca remained enthusiastic and committed to achieving the best outcome, and it was the feeling that she truly cared about how the successful completion of the sale would affect me that transformed a daunting situation into a genuinely life changing experience. Five very well deserved stars!

Excellent Knowledge

Great communication
Sonia and Zara were fantastic. Being our first time selling we were in the deep end. However Sonia was compassionate and guided us through without hassle. With baby number 2 turning up in the middle of the whole saga we were understandably under a lot of pressure but both Sonia and Zara kept us cool calm and collected. Their vetting of buyers to ensure we were only dealing with interested parties was seriously appreciated, as our situation did not allow for continuous inspections and open homes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone wanting to sell in the hill country!

Great Communicator & Personalized our sale to suited our property
