A great real estate agent
Sonia was very helpful, with good advice and pointers on how to get the best of what is a challenging place to sell, only suited to a small minority. Her what I termed relentless optimism was a good thing, and got us over various bumps in the road, and she was good at locating potential buyers and advising us how best to prepare. Our thanks to her, and we strongly recommend her to get you a result.

Excellent service from an agent who actually cares!
Sonia is persistent, charming, and actually cares about both her vendor and buyer. She works terribly hard to broker a mutually satisfying result for both parties. Her attention to detail, follow-up and advice is second to none. There was not a day went by without either a text or a catch up by phone to keep us up to date, and even when we had a slight hiccup, she was there to smooth it out behind the scenes. What a delightfully easy transaction she made this for us. Not only did we sell through Sonia, we also bought our dream farm through her, so we can comment from both sides of the fence! Thumbs up? YES INDEED!

Satisfied customer - property purchase.
Sonia was ready and willing to meet up with me in my property search in Kuranda. Although it was right on Christmas, that did not deter Sonia from dropping everything, and driving up the Kuranda Range to give 2nd and 3rd viewings of the property selected. Sonia is professional, determined and willing to go that extra yard to provide excellent customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sonia to anyone wishing to purchase property.

Brilliant!!
People if this agent suggests to you stuff to do to help her help you to sell your property, Do it!, she knows what she's talking about!, do as she says and she will get you the results you want, I give her 10 out of 5 and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone!, previous agent and I spent 6 months trying to sell my place in Kuranda Qld to no avail, I signed up with Sonia and she had it sold within a couple of weeks!, she told me exactly what I needed to do and I followed to the letter, she has many years of experience, put your faith in her and she will sell your property and quickly, I would definitely use her again! Best in the business!!

Knowledgeable and good communicator
Simon has in depth knowledge of holiday apartments having successfully managed 5 star apartments in the Cairns Northern Beaches for many years. Due to his understanding and experience I chose Simon as my agent as I felt confident he would be very helpful to purchasers. He also has a background as an accountant which is helpful if you're planning on selling an investment property. I was very pleased with his assistance.
