Damien, Mel and Jannine have provided us with an experience that we had previously hoped for but not been given. They priority is ensuring that the tenants are treated appropriately, that their needs and requirements are dealt with as soon as is possible and communication with ourselves as the landlords is exceptional. Before we chose to work with this team we made it clear that our intent was that tenants wanted to rent our properties as landlords of choice and know that our house is their home and we want to make the relationship super positive. We could not have chosen a better team to handle this on our behalf. It was so refreshing to not have to chase up where repairs were at, in fact any issues are dealt with straight away with an email, a phone call and updates all along the way. Not forgetting Jannine who handles our accounts and is so helpful with any queries or questions I have. I wish I had engaged them sooner.

My experience with Mel Tuner was efficient, friendly, extremely helpful and very professional. English is my second language and I felt that I was able to communicate very easily with Mel.During the time of inspection to approval she communicate with us on daily basis and was extremely supportive. We have only recently joined Ray White Cairns South after experiencing terrible service with our former Real Estate. The short time we have been with them we have found them very easy to deal with. They strive to achieve our needs instead of just going with the easy option as our other Real Estate did. Our new property manager Mel has been exceptional in finding us new tenants for both our properties at the rent we asked for and has always kept us informed by phone on any property matters. We have built up quite a rapport with her and love that she is friendly and approachable with a great sense of humour. We have had a small amount of contact with the sales team and have found Jodie and Therese to also be very professional and approachable and hope to have more dealings with them in the near future.
