We have only recently joined Ray White Cairns South after experiencing terrible service with our former Real Estate. The short time we have been with them we have found them very easy to deal with. They strive to achieve our needs instead of just going with the easy option as our other Real Estate did. Our new property manager Mel has been exceptional in finding us new tenants for both our properties at the rent we asked for and has always kept us informed by phone on any property matters. We have built up quite a rapport with her and love that she is friendly and approachable with a great sense of humour. We have had a small amount of contact with the sales team and have found Jodie and Therese to also be very professional and approachable and hope to have more dealings with them in the near future.

Ray white Cairns south have extensive knowledge of the market and property in Cairns, we have not not had any issues with them managing our property. They are also ontop of the land, lease and other property laws in Queenland and inform us accordingly. Which is a great help. Thank you Ray White Cairns South.
