I found the agent and company as whole very easy to communicate with, they were very helpful in the process as a few things with banks went off coarse, but was very reassuring in getting the process down to the final days! Were very good at working around times and days as life can get very busy but had no problem coming over after hours to sort stuff out, I found this very helpful! I don’t think I could fault them in their process and kindly checking up even after finalization! Felt more then just a business transaction, really wonderful service overall.

Having listed the property knowing it was a very niche market, we knew that it would take a while to sell. Therese (and Jodie) never gave up, week after week arriving for open homes and inspections. Finally, a buyer, and it all clicked into place. Therese made everything flow smoothly and settlement was effected without any problems.
