We didn't know Cairns that well when looking for our future home, but Therese's agent Jodie took the time & helped us sort through the possibilities. At first we did put in an offer on a house with a different realtor which didn't phase Jodie, she was very positive with our decision and gave us many ideas on how the location would benefit us. Our offer wasn't accepted, so our search continued, keeping in mind the one house that Jodie showed us during an open house & then a private open before we decided to make an offer. Weeks went past, Jodie rang us to ask if we were still interested & to make another offer. This time we were successful and Jodie was our lead in finding our way through the ifs & buts to have a positive outcome and peace of mind.
