On purchasing my property in Aeroglen I found Therese and Jodie to be very professional in their dealing with the transaction which went very smoothly. I mainly conversed with Jodie who handled the sale mostly but Therese was also available when I needed to know anything and was very obliging. When arrangements were made for a termite inspection, the cost of treatment was covered by the Agent which I found a huge bonus and very much appreciated. From the outset Therese was super helpful and understanding of our situation which was in a nutshell to purchase a property over the internet from another state in Australia (Sadelaide to be exact, no I didn't spell it wrong), which was extremely scary and daunting for us as we had never done this before. As you can imagine this could be fraught with massive complications headaches but with Therese's help and professional knowledge we were guided through the whole process without complication with an obvious compassion and some risk taking on her behalf.
