I would highly recommend Therese Plath, she has a wonderful team, I have not one bad thing to say about her. Totally professional , I got a call every couple of days, and have even had a call to see how we are going with our new propert. Her team is just so friendly and nice . I will be calling in just to say hi. They not only care about selling, they care about us. I was real sick when we first accepted our new home and Jodie called to see if I was ok and if I needed anything. Now that's customer service , way above what I would of ever expected. I can not reccomend Jodie and Therese enough. Being a first time house seller, they made the process easy and explained step by step what I was required to do. My house went on the market on a Wednesday and the girls already had an interested party. By the end of my First open home on the Saturday My house was under contract..for 10g above my asking price! My first impression of both Jodi and Therese was their calm and friendly energy. I was immediately at ease and felt very comfortable in asking questions and receiving clear, unbiased information which was different to other agents I had dealt with in the past. Both were very prompt in the process with their communication and moving the process forward which was priority to me at the time. My experience with this team made a stressful relocation experience almost seamless.
