We strongly recommend Therese and Jodie. They are amazing people. They do care about sellers so much. We were very lucky that Theresa and Jodie looked after us. When we decided to sell our house, we approached a few agents. One of them was incredibly negative person. The agent kept telling us "You are not going to do this and that ..." on and on. Eventually, we were so fed up with listening to this agent saying, made us feel so useless or something. It was such an unprofessional way to be handled with. Then, we approached Therese and Jodie. They were totally, utterly opposite. They carefully listened to what we were saying. They were approachable, confident, genuine and caring people. Selling a house is an emotional event. We wanted this event to be treated in an adequate way. Therese and Jodie absolutely nailed it. They are polite, do active listening (any concerns you have, they will be happy to deal with), constant communication, follow up any situations/issues, and the most importantly, they really do know what they do.
