We were recommended to Ray by a friend who had used him to sell a Unit in Gemini as well. Right from the word GO we realized that this was a sound recommendation, with Ray immediately showing what needed attention before the unit could be viewed, and then he gave a list of local tradesmen and other service providers, who were known and trusted by him, to look after us. Ray generated good interest, whilst all the while he gathered a list of prospective buyers, who as soon as the property was ready, were lining up to purchase. Ray gave us a realistic appraisal of what the Unit might fetch and the put the property on the Market on the Friday. Several people inspected during Open House on the Saturday. A suitable offer came on the following Monday and we exchanged contracts a day or so later. Ray kept us informed about settlement and various issues and did his job very well. Excellent Communication and very helpful

My brother and I enlisted Ray Daniels to sell my Mothers Apartment. While there were a few 'up's and down's with different offers, we found Ray to be good with his communication and extremely helpful. As I live 1 hour away and my Brother is interstate, Ray was able to liaise with other parties for us ( ie: Cleaner, Smoke alarm inspection etc) which made life a lot easier for us. All up the sale of the apartment took approximately 3 months. Ray has a great reputation in Golden Beach and we can highly recommend Ray for the Sale of your property.

Outstanding result and exceeded expectations.
