We were recommended to Ray by a friend who had used him to sell a Unit in Gemini as well. Right from the word GO we realized that this was a sound recommendation, with Ray immediately showing what needed attention before the unit could be viewed, and then he gave a list of local tradesmen and other service providers, who were known and trusted by him, to look after us. Ray generated good interest, whilst all the while he gathered a list of prospective buyers, who as soon as the property was ready, were lining up to purchase. Ray gave us a realistic appraisal of what the Unit might fetch and the put the property on the Market on the Friday. Several people inspected during Open House on the Saturday. My brother and I enlisted Ray Daniels to sell my Mothers Apartment. While there were a few 'up's and down's with different offers, we found Ray to be good with his communication and extremely helpful. As I live 1 hour away and my Brother is interstate, Ray was able to liaise with other parties for us ( ie: Cleaner, Smoke alarm inspection etc) which made life a lot easier for us.
