Genuinely there to help
Carol is a lovely and genuine realestate agent, looking out for the seller and the buyer. In this current real estate climate, it's extremely stressful and Carol helped us through it even as a buyer. Carol Carr "The Super Star"
We first met Carol when buying our house back in 2018 after relocating from Sydney. Carol was an absolute gem to deal with and helped us every step of the way through the buying process. Success in a difficult market for a buyer
We have been looking to buy a house at Caloundra for most of 2021. As we live in Brisbane there were problems being able to view a house before it was sold. Carol was a stand out agent in this regard- always friendly, understanding & really helpful in organising viewings for us when we could make it. Even at the 11th hour! She was also very knowledgeable about the areas & the properties themselves. We appreciated Carol’s low pressure approach. She was insistent that the property must be right for us. We also found her on line information & videos excellent. Thank you for your help Carol! We are very happy with our purchase.

A smooth experience.
After meeting with 3 real estate agents we decided on Carol to sell my mother's home because we found her to be relatable, and an honest communicator with a good deal of experience in the local area. Preparation for the sale was carried out very quickly with no fuss, and the property went on the market. We were a little concerned about the online write up, but spoke to Carol about this and she asked us to trust her, which we decided to do. The property was under contract 4 days after it went on the market! Carol vetted all buyers with genuine offers and there was absolutely nothing for us to do but choose a buyer and sign the contract. Carol is supported by a great team at her office.

Honest and professional
Carol has been exceptional from the moment we contacted her to buy, too near settlement (currently waiting to settle). She always answers her phone or returns calls/ texts promptly and has been able to answer questions and sort everything as required.
