A wonderful and refreshing pleasure!
Carol has been a pleasure to work with through this whole process. Kind, efficient and professional. From the first home inspection she was welcoming but not at all pushy, which was a nice change from a lot of other recent experiences. Nothing has been a bother and her communication is second to none. As first home buyers for our family our whole experience has been super enjoyable & easy. Thank you!

Great Agent
I have recently bought a unit at Golden Beach. Steve Nelson was the agent for the property and I liked him from the outset. I found him easy to talk to as there was no hard sell and felt I was getting good information and advice from him which assisted with my decision to buy. Very friendly
Couldnt be more pleased with Steve. Right from start to finish, Steve was happy to meet us whenever suited us and went out of his way when it wasnt convenient for us to meet at his office. He was very professional and even suggested ways we could arrange furniture after he made a special visit to the property pre settlement, so we could measure for furniture. We have no hesitation in recommending his services.
