I cannot recommend Jake Battenally highly enough. I was in a difficult position trying to sell my rental property in Australia whilst living overseas. I had an incompetent and uncooperative property manager, as well as tenants who caused damage to the property. Jake organized quotes and repairs through an amazing maintenance company who offered very affordable prices, communicated directly with my property manager, and recommended a good solicitor to complete the contract and title transfer. He kept me informed throughout the whole process and was willing to use a variety of methods (emails and data calls), keeping mindful of the time difference between the US and Aust. He actively sought out potential investors, and followed up with people who viewed the property. Most importantly, he got the price I needed at auction in a depressed market with only one bidder increasing the initial bid to final sale price by $30,000. Incredible effort and result!
