This is the question I asked Kate last year. I was honest about the limit and she was confident and positive in a warm and friendly way. I looked at other properties and agents as well. I couldn't make the scheduled showing due to car issues. She found a number of alternate times and was so helpful. When we saw the 3 bedroom stand alone town house I was pleased. It really looked like the photos, which is important to me. We made an offer a few days later. Got a phone call asking if this was where we wanted to live? Negotiations were simple, clear and fast. As a bonus the day we moved in there was a giant beautiful yellow ribbon and bow on the front door. Kate was true to her word. She found me a home within my budget and I am so thankful!
