We have been so grateful to Badenoch Real Estate for looking after our rental property for the last 10 years and in helping us to sell it, with settlement day yesterday going smoothly. We had been looking to buy a for 4 to 5 years and met Andrew at one of his exhibitions. Over this period Andrew was the only agent that would call us regularly, not only to let us know what new listings he had that may suit us but also other agents listings. His follow up service was excellent and general real estate knowledge was always very valuable. Initially I had rented my house through Bandenoch Real Estate and as the market was chaning and the house needed a little upgrading I decided to sell, with Symon my liason person. Everything went very smoothly especially as the house went on the market just before Christmas. Symon and also Lucia were in constant contact with me, especially when I was overseas and getting the contracts exchanged and showing the purchasers through the house a couple of more times. If I were to ever purchase another house I would definitely go through Badenoch Real Estate and hopefully Symon would be my person of choice.
