We found Andrew to be extremely helpful preparing our house for sale and was able to provide contacts, and also impact the speed of getting tradesman on the job, in a way that we would have been unable to do. We felt in the loop once the open house started and he seemed to work hard to scope out the genuine buyers to focus our attention. While everyone wants to get more on a sale, we did feel that we made an informed decision to take the offer made and had the time to process this information.
