Sebastian was very easy to communicate with, and kept us fully informed throughout the process of selling our house at auction. After every open house, he gave us immediate feedback about how many groups had attended and their opinions about our house. He was diligent about following up people who had attended the open houses and other potential buyers. Sebastian was realistic about what we could expect at auction, even when the news was a bit discouraging, but it was good to have that reality check so our hopes didn't get too high. As it turned out, we were justified in having high hopes because the house sold for a much higher amount than we had expected. We were very pleased and impressed with Sebastian's performance and would highly recommend him as an agent.
