Upon first meeting Sebastian, it was easy to be convinced by his enthusiasm and confidence that he is the best man for the job. Throughout the entire process he has kept us informed the whole way, we always knew where things stood and what's next. He likes to set a lofty goal to aim for in terms of what price we hope to achieve, at first I thought that price was nothing more than a pipe dream, however the final price exceeded that mark and ended up being more than 10% higher than my expectation.
