Market knowledge: The original advice of $800k-$850k, which influenced us to select him as our agent gave us false hope, and was an overestimate. Communication: In the early stages, Sebastian relied heavily on verbal communication when we were looking for written data to reflect upon. In later stages, we appreciated his regular detailed reports. However, we were disappointed that there were many errors in the advertising material, including incorrect advice given to our solicitor regarding auction time. Sebastian was very easy to communicate with, and kept us fully informed throughout the process of selling our house at auction. After every open house, he gave us immediate feedback about how many groups had attended and their opinions about our house.
