We interviewed 4 different agents for selling our kaleen property and Sebastian was one of them. All the other 3 agents told us that the estimated sale price will be around low 700k. We basically just handed him the keys on the day we left Canberra, and he took care of absolutely everything: final cleaning, organised tradesmen for the maintenance inside the house, found gardener to clean up the garden, photographer, stylist, and of course all the open for inspections and the auction in the end. He and his team worked so well together and achieved an amazing result: high 700k. We are so pleased and extremely happy with this result. We have now followed him on Facebook.
