Nathan initially impressed with his mailbox drop introduction, then at the initiating visit, with his knowledge of the area and range of options for moving forward. He made several commitments, all of which he followed up consistently over the next several months. We were kept informed, always in the loop, and never pressured. We grew to have full confidence in him and to trust the sale of our property into his (and Ray White’s) hands. On a personal level, he is direct, energetic and enthusiastic; never applying pressure but making it clear when decisions just had to be made. He also had a very clear view of what needed to be done to prepare the property and sourced sensible and practical tradespeople to assist. Andrew and his team were able to get a lot of people through the property as was evidenced by the 70 people at the auction. We had 7 bidders which is more than most auctions recently in the area (only 1 to 3 bidders in recent auctions) He was always well mannered and courteous. He was open with us on aspects of the process and worked well with his team. He responded to our request to put advertisements in the newspaper which was not part of the standard Ray White approach. Although busy with other clients he made it to all our open homes and provided us with feedback within 24 hours. The winning bidders were drawn in from his pool of buyers that had not looked at our suburb previously and had additional funds as they were looking at a more expensive suburb. We were happy with the outcome.
