Treston was very helpful and gave us good advise and offered assistance even before we engaged him as our agent. As our Agent Treston Gave us sound advise on the course we should take to put our property on the market. Once the property was on the market Treston kept us informed and gave us feedback on the open days as to what the potential buyers were saying about the property with a written report. The numbers through the doors every open day indicated how succesful Trestond's advertising and sales stratergy was. On the day of the Auction the house was packed and there was 6 registerd bidders which I beleive is exeptional. The Auction ran smoothly and Treston kept us informed during the Auction as to where we were at with the bidding. Andy and Philly work as a great team. If I had any questions, I would email Andy, and Philly would get back to me immediately. They were extremely professional and made the whole process extremely positive. I spoke to the buyers and they found Andy to be attentive but not pushy and were grateful for this.
