I have to say that I hestitated engaging Jake to be my realestate agent purely because of his age. He asked me to give him a chance and I am so pleased I did. He presented me with a well thoughtout package of what was happening in today's market, what we could expect and how we were going to approach the sale. All costs were shown up front, and there were no hiden or unmentioned costs.
