Very happy with Jake as an agent. We had been looking for houses for about 5 months and met a lot of rude and misguiding agents. Jake was very relaxed and approachable and wasn't pushy at all. He made us feel very comfortable and never rushed our inspections. Lisa was also very helpful with auction advice as it was our first auction and always called back and answered emails promptly.
