If you’ve heard the expression ‘real estate agents cannot be trusted’ you would understand my concern when my parents announced that they had acquired the services of Sebastian Gutierrez without me having done the ‘screening’ process. Sebastian not only disproved this, he went above and beyond to sell my parents’ home. Sebastian was more than just professional and courteous, he was also sensitive to their particular situation.
