We had an awful experience. Appraisal strategy - extremely over quoted and then continuously sold down. Transparency - She had told the tenants that they could break lease without having to pay a fee without our consent. We asked to get a quote for the garden to be tidied up pre-listing. We never got a quote and she had organised gardeners without us knowing resulting in a bill for over $1000 - I was shocked at how much we were charged without seeing a quote before hand. Communication - there was lack of communication. On multiple occasions we had to prompt and ask for vendor reports after we had them promised to us. I feel like we were certainly not her priority hence why we felt left in the dark. It was certainly us having to follow her up if we wanted information. Lack of professionalism - Alex would speak about our tenants furniture in a way that would make me feel very uneasy. At the end of the day they are people trying to do their best in a tough time. I do believe that they way she spoke about them to us would have rubbed off on them in person causing them not to want to help her. I felt sorry for them and no one deserves to be judged like that. Aggression - after the property got passed in from auction, and many price changes with no offers we decided we might need a plan B. Alex got aggressive on the phone to my partner resulting in us having to terminate the call and elect that all future communication occur via text message. It was clear that Alex was stressed about the situation but that does not warrant aggressive behaviour. Summary - unfortunately Alex overpromised and under delivered. At the end we felt lied to so many times that it was hard to believe anything she said to us. For anyone considering using her services please be wary as she is very convincing at the start.
